For January, our focus is teens.

Many store-bought personal care products contain harmful ingredients like aluminum compounds, parabens, phthalates, 1,4-dioxane, and synthetic “parfum.” These chemicals are commonly found in shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, lotions, face wash, and makeup—and are often linked to hormone disruption, skin irritation, and other long-term health concerns.

It’s no wonder so many teens struggle with acne, sensitivity, and hormones out of balance.
